Pilot wanzer- Rolf has the training to pilot the LIF's wanzer. No one else can do so because of the complexity controls.
Sight Enhancements- Rolf has been inplanted with mechanical devices that allow him to see through electronic systems, provided he is properly connected to that device. He "sees" what the radar scans, what the infrared sees, or through a whole system of cameras at one time. The only side effect is that Rolf's irises are now blood red.
Multi Tasker- Rolf has been treated with a series of mechanical additions, genetic alterations, and biological enhancements to his brain. The end result of all the work done to his gray material is that he is capable of processing information at many times the normal human rate. He can preform careful physical movements and calculatie a distance arc, while he is being spun around. To a outsider observer, Rolf appears to be perfectly normal, but at a given time, he might be doing a dozen completely different things mentally.
Weakness:
EMP- A powerful EMP shorts out the systems in Wagner's brain, causing him to black out for hours. When he is inside the wanzer it's sheilding keeps him safe but when he is on his own he is unprotected.
Lightning- Magical attacks with lightning and other electric sorts do extra damage to Wagner.
Appearance:
Wagner is tall and fit with dirty blonde hair. His uniform and his flight suit are always in perfect order.
Personality:
Wagner speaks in a stead, emotionless voice. He has a thick German accent when he speaks. Rolf follows his orders and does little in the way of creative expression. He has no sense of romance and no desire for companionship or love. The only people he socializes with are the others wanzer pilots.
Story: Rolf is the pilot of the LIF's giant standing weapons carrier, the wanzer, which Rolf has named "Friedrich". He was born and raised in the LIF and has spent the last ten years in the wanzer program. He was orphaned as a child, though the nature of his parent's deaths was never revealed to him (and he has not asked). Wagner was raised from childhood to look down on all things not human. Cold and withdrawn, the death of his parents and the isolationist nature of the LIF's child raising methods have made Wagner into what he is today. His only true goal in life is to pilot a wanzer and he follows that goal as closely as possible.
