Electricity: As Masseinheit Elf is made of electricity she can control all electricity at will. This can be used to shut down electronics or to hurl lightning.
Noncorporeal: As Masseinheit Elf is just a cloud of plasma she is unaffected by normal attacks. Most powers affect her normally.
Weakness:
Electric ground: A carefully grounded weapon can severely weaken Masseinheit Elf on contact.
Avatar: Masseinheit Elf is a part of the Machine God Zwei; she only exists when Zwei wishes it, and is totally loyal to her commands.
appearance: At a glance Masseinheit Elf appears to be a classically beautiful angel, although somewhat hazy and with a strong bluish tint. On closer inspection one can see that her hair, wings and clothes are made of suspended electric arcs, and her body of plasma. She glows with a bluish white light.
Personality: Cruel, loyal, authorative
story: Masseinheit Elf is Zwei's avatar of command, and acts as her voice, whereas Masseinheit Zen acts as her fist. Unlike her brother she is cold and authorative, commanding Zwei's minions that are not worthy of Zwei's direct attention. She also presides for Zwei at negotiations. As she is a new creation of the Negative Energy plane she has no past.
