Looks fine to me. You may want to have a set of avatars and signatures available for when you are posing as a different person to make it easier for others to follow.

Proboards limits the number of characters used in signatures.
The best discrimination I could come up with was the text color changes. Is that good?

All characters are required to include a link to their profile in their sig. If you don't have enough space, remove something.

I've played a character who had multiple and very different entities within him before. What you do is you change the name shown and the picture in the avatar and signature whenever you are as a different person. It's not so big a deal and its really helpful when interacting with him.

Can I make a modification to Vladimir Kirov?
I've decided that I don't want two MOI guys. I want to make Kirov a colonel in the MODefense. Is that okay?

Sure.
The Ministry of Defence doesn't have ranks like that. You would just be an operative. Keep a close eye on Huey.

He's the leader of the Ministry of Defense. Dr. Murdock doesn't trust him, because he has shown rebel sympathies. Then again, the leader of the Ministry of War was recently at high risk of getting purged. I don't know if he actually was or not. At any rate, the Ministry of War is a puppet Ministry for General Vlad Kolov, who used to be the head of the Capitalist organization the FRA, or Federalist Republic of America.
The Ministry of War doesn't either.
