"Heh..from up here the rubbled city looks like sh'it."
Daemon landed safely on leveled ground.
"I wonder if there is another city around this dump."
Daemon walked northwards in search for other citys to destroy.

Peter raises from a pile of rubble. He looks slowly around, his face stone.
"Targets has evaded attack and eliminated another city. Suggest agent Virgil take Target from this point. Target displays deity level tendancies."
The Hunter turns and moves south. This Target is out of his scope of contact.

I walk out of the room after finishing Bassarov's book.
"Sorry, I'm a slow reader..."

Suzumi blinked, unsure of what course of action they should take.
Riku seemed extremely tense and frustrated with their present condition, and she could understand why.
Speaking softly, she glanced up at him.
"I don't mind waiting...The only question I have is, does Red Infinity know I'm here? If not, then we could use that to our advantage."

"That's fine, I hope you enjoyed it." Bassarov looked at everyone, not much was happening. Usha was baking and Kisa was gone. Kaieka had gone to her room. Bassarov decided it would be best to check up on her. At least this amnesiac version of herself was nice, friendly, and pleasant to be around. Kaieka used to easily anger, forcing Bassarov to be extra cautious with words and actions. He felt more at ease with her memories erased. But he hoped that they would return never the less.
Kaieka was sleeping, so he did not disturb her. He went back to the living room area and started drawing diagrams to how the interior designs of the new buidling should look like.

Gregory types slowly on his keyboard. Things were moving quickly and, as far as he could see, in completely random ways.
He leans back and rubs his chin. Everything was overwhelming. A plan was needed. He had to empliment the first stages of the plan early if he was going to come out of this well.
Shutting down the computer he stand and walks out of his office, grabbing his coat from it's hanger and sliding it on.
"Shina, it's time to begin. Tell Timithy to start his section of the plan and get Flask ready to repell opposition."

Post by Kaschei on Feb 13, 2004 14:21:42 GMT -5
Kaschei examines the note and the gift from Jareth. He is uncertain why she would give him a gift, since no one has before. He looks at the ring. He examines it for magical qualities. Somehow, the ring does look familiar. He gazes into the red ruby, and realizes it is no ruby at all, but a Suisho, or the crystalized soul of an angel. He becomes very excited. How could Jareth have known about the Suisho? It will take some time studying the archives to determine which angel this stone came from. That will determine the power it has.
He goes to his library and begins searching though the encyclopedias and history archives. He searches for anything regarding angels.
Finally, his only clue is an Oil painting of a battle with angels against demons, with humans in the middle. The painting is a C'hristian piece which was done for in a church in Koln, Germany.
He notices that one of the angels in the picture resembles Calithin. Beside him is another angel, with six red feathered wings. Embedded in his chest is a ruby like gem. That must be him.
Kaschei goes to another archive and determines that the pictured angel's name is Terreal, the angel of Mercy.
So the ring contains the Suisho of Mercy. Mercy is not something that Kaschei desires to possess, but he is thrilled with the ring anyway.

Kaieka enters the room and sits down near Bassarov. Her face is expressionless. This saddens Bassarov, but he tries to remain optomistic. Her memories should return, she just needs something to jog them. "I am glad to see that you are awake. How are you feeling? Can I get you anything?"

Lightmer Witmer patiently waits in his office for a new client. He looks over the client's paperwork. It is nothing too daunting, just anxiety problems. As he waits for him, he doodles in his notebook. He draws a picutre of a fat purple hamster. "You know, I should have been a cartoonist."

Fascia organizes my papers and types some reports for me. She is great help. "You can leave early. Thanks for all you do." I smile.
++++++ She moves to the door.
"Life is hard...you know. I feel alone a lot. Like there is no one in the world for me to confide in. The people I have killed weigh heavily on my conciousness. Life...life is all we have. But you are eager to kill. You would rather be killing people than working as a secretary. I hope you change your mind. Life is the most precious resource in the world."
+++++++
I lean back into my desk.
"Sorry...I talk too much. Have a good day now."

Post by Jareth on Feb 13, 2004 16:12:03 GMT -5
(A memory from Jareth's past, My contribution to the theme of the thread)
As she lay in her room a she realized that she had been thinking about her birth parents an awful lot, since the destruction of lucern. The dream, telling others of it as well. Its true she hardly knew them but had felt a deep connection within the blood that coursed thru her veins.
Her adoptive parents were farmers and believed in tough love. In other words her aunt was a b'itch and her uncle was a b'astard but no one knew.
At night she would go to the barn where her room was(so she could get up early and milk the cows) and stare thru the open window out at the night praying for something, anything to happen. She didn't know about her birth parents then, but had a knowledge of them none-the-less deep in her heart.
Finally when she was 18 she had moved on to another place working as a farm hand and away from those ppl. Years later she had gotten word about her parents and was speechless. Jareth didn't know what to do. she had saved up money(a lot actually) and flew to japan to see the shrine her parents kept. that is how all of this started as well. She came to work for Red Infinity because she had found her parents were great supporters of a new communist life. For protecting her from death she would dedicate her life to the organization they held most dear. Ookami had told her all about her parents past.
Red Infinity was my life now for my parents memory. ~Enough about the past. I must look to the future. I will no longer think upon these sad memories again.~
She ran her fingers down Ookami's coat and stared into one of the books she had bought the other day. It was called Space Wolf(warhammer 40k). She rather enjoyed this series of science fiction.

i look at suzumi, not all of red infinity, chesire possibly does, caine an zeek obviously and mark does, jareth probably does as well now. . i sit next to her. im sorry, if only i warned them myself...Zeek~ i walk up to riku and smile i hand him the small box not saying a word. Riku~ i open it and look at the necklace. i wasnt into jewelry, but being half angel i did like religious items, what is this.... i look at her. it is from a friend, even if you dont admit it i know you want to see jareth again, and she wants to make it up to you. i set it on the table. zeek, look, she betrayed me, if i didnt have healing powers the others would have been dead, thanks to her... riku stop it, she didnt know that he would order the city destroyed. so you cant blame her... you believe all the lies she tells you. give it back to her, or i'll just get rid of it. she looked at me hard and turne and started to walk away. she went into the other room and slammed the door. gods help us...., i pick up the necklace at turn it over in my hands, it reminded me to much of the people i killed, of my past, but it brought back good memories as well. i sigh and put it on, she was right i did still want to be jareths friend, once i get this out of my mind,. i tuck it in my shirt and summon another necklace. i throw it across the room and it hits the wall catching fire. zeek opened the door and looked at me but i was looking out the window, she looked down at the necklace and closed the door, gently. i look at the door, why wasnt she mad, surely she didnt know i had it on... Zeek~ i sigh as i close the door, he tries to be so tough all the time, i lay on my bed, i'll give him some time then i'll ask him, mark~ i looked at chihira, she appeared to be sleeping again, but i knew she was still meditating john~ i looked at the girl and gave her a quick look over. no.... but right now im good, thank you for your concern. but im sorry about what happened. i wasnt myself.. i smiled at her then saw something that caught the sun, at first it took me awhile to see what it was but i saw that it was a red infiniy pin. my smile fades sorry but i have to go to see my friends, maybe we'll see eachother again sometime.. i cast a quick glance at the winged thing following her then disappeared. i reappear at the villa and see it wasnt there. what the,... there wasnt anything there but rubble, i teleport to riku's energy hoping there was shadows. linSat~ i wake up and go to work i let violet sleep in, there wasnt much she needed to do today and i didnt want to see her bored ((sorry everyone im not sure if i will be able to get on later ))

Suzumi watched silently as he threw the necklace at the wall, shattering the pendant on it, and catching on fire.
She glanced at him,
"Don't be. It wasn't your fault, and it wasn't Jareth's either."
