Reclaiming the Past

[Usha]

Usha eats some left over salad and tries to make sense of everything. "You don't look or act at all like Mr. Bassarov. You can't really be his brother." Usha sits down in a rocking chair and looks at everyone. She thinks that she should have talked to Kith. He mentioned a Genovia and that is an Ursarian name. Usha wants to meet more Ursarians so she can start organizing.

[Maeve]

Maeve walks into the pub to find shelter from the howling wind and pouring rain of an Irish winter evening. Mikomi is gone now. He went to Beijing to see Violet. Some Maeve returned to her homeland. She pulls off her drenched black cloak and looks for a place to sit.
There is a man seated by the peat burning fire place. So she sits down next to him.
"This seat taken?" she asks Trent.

[Kith]

I feel horrible so I decide to go and talk to Jareth again.

I walk down to her room and enter.

"Oh..hi..its me again..so..how are you today?"

[Jareth]

Ookami and i are both up and reading when Kith comes inside the room. She is sitting on the bed and Ookami is sitting on the floor in the corner. Ookami is staying in human form more for my sake. He snarls in Kiths direction. But i nudge him, and walk towards Kith.

"Hello Kith i am doing fine. Can i get you a soda, i don't have too much to offer my rooms not that big. Here have a seat." she offers him the white pompason beside of her bed. "A lot better than yesturday. It doesn't even feel like i fought a fire elemental and an ice demon all in one day."

Oops was she suposed to have mentioned the ice demon? Oh well.

"how are you? You seem sad hun?"

[Kith]

"I am always sad. I went and saw Chihira today and appologised for kissing her, when it is Genovia I care about. She seemed to understand. Anyway, the rebels were very kind to me. Kaschei teleported me back here just as I was starting to cheer up. He told me he would kill them if I saw them again."

I sip the soda, a diet coke. I like diet. The taste is more mellow.

"I am glad you are happy. You look happier!"

[Jareth]

"Yes i am happy but it will pass i'm sure. The rebels, ha, well your one up on me there buddy. I just told the truth in my report and i'm blamed for the big bang." Which was true but there were slight embellishments but Kith did not read her report he was only given the order to have Lucern destroyed. She refocused on the conversation, "I don't believe that you meant to be a smuck to Chihira and thats why she forgave you. We women can overlook a lot of things when we want to. I mean look at me. I am still loyal even after the things he does to me. Speaking of Kaschei you must do as he says. It is for your good and theirs that you don't go back. If the rebels don't betray you, the ministry would think you had betrayed it. You are a nice person and i don't want you to get hurt."

She sees him slowly sip his soda..."sorry all i carry is diet. I tend to like the ones with lemon and lime added too but i try to keep some of the regular diet coke in there."

[Kith]

"Chihira is safe now so I wont bother going back."

I stand up and throw my can in a recycling bin.

"I will not always follow Kaschei's orders. I should be the Minister of Terror. He killed Glab Krapski for the job he has now. It was not a fair or earned promotion."

I make a fist....
"But when is life fair?"

"I might be the son of a god. If that is so, there is no reason why I can not fight Calithin or Kaschei. I'm tired of being kicked around...I will not tolerate it."

I move to the door.

"Thanks for the soda and your encouragement. See you later..."

[Jareth]

(OOC-Jareth doesn't know the back story to many of the ppl she works with and for...yet.)

As he goes out the door she cries out to him.

"No Kith i didn't mean it like that. Life is never fair...tho if they had a problem with Kaschei why allow him to remain in charge. He must be a profficiant Leader. Wait. What was that? You may be the son of a god? I thought that we were not suppose to believe in gods anymore as ministry of terror/Red Infinity operatives? please do not do anything rash Kith. Find out about your father before anything. And don't do anything you would regret later."

But he did not hear her or he was ignoring her in his nefound courage. How in the world had she encouraged him. She shook her head.

She thinks maybe the soda is not the only stimulant he has had today and she doesn't want him to do anything brash. Plus if he tries to take on her master she feels Kith may be seriously hurt and then tortured. As much as she supports her master she feels that this may be an unequal match.

[Daemon]

Daemon was long gone from Lucern.He searched for adventure.Daemon came to a stop.There was a huge line full of people.

"What the hell is the big fuss about."

One of them told Daemon that they were wating in line to enter a huge stadium.

"So thats the big fuss?"

Guy-In that Stadium is a singer.And she's really popular.

[Valodya Bassarov]

Mischa gets something to eat, then sits near Bassarov. The two men work on the newsletter for hours until it is finally complete. The work is exhausting, but Bassarov is glad to have it done.
"Thankyou for your help. I certainly appreciate it."

[Daemon]

"Got nothin good to do.I guess it won't hurt if I hear some singing."

Daemon pushed people away that were in his path.

"Get outta the way you pea brains!!"

Daemon sat on seat 99.It was on the last level of the stadium.The sky was dark and full of stars.People were screaming and chatting.In the middle of the stadium was a glowing plateform.

[Jareth]

Since Kith left Jareth has grown uneasy yet doesn't know what to do. If she tells Kaschei he would undoubtedly say she had done the right thing. However she is worried about kith. She looks over to Ookami.

"what should i do? Should i tell my master about Kith's behavior or should i just ignore his manic depressive ravings? If he picks a fight with my master...Kith will be killed."

Ookami tells her she has to do what she feels is right. No matter the outcome. then he got up and said he was changing back to a wolf for awhile to hunt. ~See ya later packmate.~ with that he was out of the room.

Jareth was still very much confused but had decided to ask Kaschei if she could talk with him. She knew he had wanted her to stay away for a while but felt this was important. She knew he was in his office from what Kith had told her so she walked up to the door.

She then knocked very firmly 3 times and sent Kaschei a vision of her needing to talk with him. She hoped he would let her in.

[Kaschei]

Kaschei opens the door to his chamber. He allows Jareth inside. On his desk is a large maigc book bound in dark elf skin.
"Yes, what do you want?"

[Daemon]

The glowing plateform disappeared.It later on appeared levethating with the singer on it.Everyone started to look at her with aw.After a few minutes she started to sing and move around the glowing plateform.The music was beutiful.

2 hours later the stadium gets sneaked attacked by a group of humans that have wepons that aren't normal.They also have jet packs.

"What the hell?"

[Jareth]

Jareth looks at Kaschei and swallows. She is afraid because she came here when not wanted but she begins her tale regardless. She tells him of Kiths dislike for him and how he has found out that he is the son of some god. His anger at being pulled from the rebels was also brought up as well. She paused to catch her breath then she continued:

"I fear in his manic depressive madness that he may try to overthro you. Or may plot against you in some way." She then told him word for word what Kith had told her.

"How you came to power is not important, hell if you had just been promoted i think i would have been a bit dissappointed. But he speaks like he is serious about not tolerating anymore. I know you wanted me to be scarce from you for awhile but i felt that i should tell you."

She didn't think he would want to have a conversation with her since their encounter yesturday so she was prepared for him to dismiss her. She had missed him tho.
