Coming Full Circle

[Kaieka]

I watch the two men as they bicker. Finally a realization hits me. Zephyr. How could I forget him? He did kidnap me, after all.

Suddenly, Bassarov has his sickle in his hand. I watch, my breath shallow in anticipation. I wonder what is going to happen next. Riku starts to stir beside me, but before he can make any noise, or draw our covering off, I bite his neck and suck. Soon he is out again from bloodloss.

Zephyr takes out a sword and... he slices at Bassarov. I feel an impulse to run and save him, but quickly disregard it. No. I hate him. I want him dead. I hope the cyborg kills him.

[Kisa Higurashi]

I chuckled.

Yeah, if Ookami sends Chihira to her doom, that would be bad.

[Ookami]

"Thanks Kisa," i called over my shoulder, "I hope everyone at least learns to trust me if they don't already"

Then Ookami focuses on Chihira,"Well if i let you fall i just have to catch you then won't i?" He asked playfully.

[Chihira]

I scoff "Good luck." I say sarcastically with a grin on my face.

[Valodya Bassarov]

Lucky for Bassarov, he had been watching the cyborg. Though he came swiftly, Bassarov was able to deflect the sword's blow with his sickle. Bassarov now stood up.

"I would have liked to try to get along you know. I am not a hard person to get along with. Quite friendly and tolerant. I would not have minded having you work with me, but I see now that any hope for civility between us is lost."

Bassarov swings the wicked sickle at the Cyborg.

"Ya tebya destal!"

[Ookami]

"i could Ya know. and if i send Chihira to her doom, it will be your turn on the ladder Kisa." He turns and winks at her. He then turns back to Chihira," do you really think i'd let you fall?"

[Kisa Higurashi]

I laughed. Oh, that's nice of you. Well, I can fly, I said. To prove that, I rose into the air, about one foot from the ground.

[Chihira]

"Yes, well I certanly can't. I don't know if you'll let me fall but I'm stronger than I look and when I recover, you'll pay." I said, already halfway up the ladder.

[Ookami]

"well cub i didn't know that or i woulda sent you up and had Chihira hold the ladder. I have so much to learn from you all. Perhaps you 2 could help me learn the rest of our pack here?"

[Chihira]

"I haven't paid much attention so ask Kisa."

[Illigitimate God]

Zephyr lets the sickle whistle by as it slightly scathes his cheek. His blood trickles down from the wound. Real crimson.

'You are a threat to me.' Zephyr growled through his gritted teeth. 'I remember now... I remember her... and you... Kaieka...'

Zephyr swung mightilly at Bassarov, fueled by a new rage on the edge of a wave of flooding memories. Kaieka... she had changed him. He loved her. He hated him for taking her away.

[Kisa Higurashi]

I smiled and planted my feet firmly on the ground.

Yeah, I guess I can give you some info... I then told Ookami about the rebels.

I think the only people who have visted the apartment that I don't know are Jareth and that guy that I've seen you hang out with, Chihira. Can anybody give me some info on those people?

[Chihira]

"I guess I did pay a little attention." I said, all the way up the ladder now. "You mean Mark?"

[Ookami]

"well if you'd like we can talk while we work together. But i only know a few of our pack and a good leader knows them all. Jareth is my packmate. i'm her protecter. I don't know the other guy." He has been talking mostly to Kisa so as not to ignore Chihira he shakes the ladder slightly. then laughs up at her. "Sorry Kisa lets continue."

[Kisa Higurashi]

Yes, I did mean Mark, I said. I then looked at Ookami. Okay, just ask me a question, and I'll answer, I said.
