Ashen's face darkens, and then goes back to the happy drunk you wouldn't even know it had been there.
"Nope, no ties to Red Infinity at all! None! ...She and I go way back, y'see. Yep, ol'... whach-macallums... rommies! Tha's'it... D'amn! When did you get so tall? And sexy? Beer me!"
He slams the third emprty bottle and gets another. He looks at Fei.
"Wait.. if you love this woman... you like your sister?! Now Fei, I can tell you from personal expierence that... waffles would go great on this ice cream."

I stand up proudly, but then sit back down. Maybe I am jealous or something.
I dont really believe Ashen but whatever!
I dont let those things worry me.

He looks at his bottle, an then over at the ice cream shop owner.

I laugh.
"I don't know what I feel about this woman. Her picture has been in my mind for as long as I can remember. I don't know who she is. And I'm sure you've got way more than she does, Makwa." I say, laughing. I finish my icecream at a leisurely pace. "Well, I've really enjoyed this, but it's getting late, and I am very tired. You'll have to forgive me, but I shall be going to bed now. We should do this again.
I stand and return to the rebel base, so that I can get some sleep.
((My monitor is being a tempermental b'itch, it keeps going dark and I have to turn it off and on to get it to work. I'm off to bed.))

Ashen passes out so I carry him back to Bassarov's apartment.
"Well, I guess I will look for Toivo tomorrow, or maybe Bassarov can just tell me about him."
I sit in the chair and take a little nap.

I decide that I will travel to Tahti Punainen's farm, since I have never seen it. I teleport there, and see that he has been working hard to get it looking new again.

I look at the hills of potatos which he made with care. It will be nice to see the farm produce again.

I have been in deep space for a couple weeks now, traveling via wormhole-drive to distant parts of the galaxy, checking up on the numerous outposts I have scattered across the cosmos. However Earth is still my home, and I must check in sometimes...
I telepatically message Lady Violet: Greetings Secretary Zedung. I am wondering, what of the LIF situation? I am interested in the Lady's opinion because I need the response of a "woman of the people," and not one of the true leaders...
