Lysander is correct. This website is high maitenance and even with mods helping him, it is difficult to manage.
And on that note, some of us are in college, working, or both, Bassarov, Satsujin, Kolov, Morrighan, and myself to name a few. We post here when we have time, and should that time be lacking, this website is one of the first things that gets axed from most schedules. Just something to think about.

me being a poor young highschool student, i have tons of free time.... haha, i made a joke.
The adults have a tough time, and we should help them. If Bass thought he needed help, he would ask, as he has done before...
I think you should take the time to read what you need. not amke us do the work for you

I will try to update the announcements as i can, but if you have personal announcements about your character, utilize the "where am i" section. That is a place where you can tell other members what your character has been up to

i have a complaint... no one respects Bassarov enough! Do you understand how busy he is? No? well you need to then. Ask him, im sure hell be glad to tell you. Bass upsates the anouncments as often as he can. I woul dhope that now you understand. Bass is very busy. why should he have to take the time, read through, and then post about it. why dont you just read through it all? Bass updated it when he can, and you should be greatfull, not angry that he doesn tdo enough... sorry,i needed to vent. but really, think abou thow busy he is. very. be helpful, not demanding. Can we not let people post multiple characters under the same sn? It makes the story harder to follow. If you have too many characters to bother switching back and forth, kill off a few until you have a number you can manage.

yeah, I agree here. posting multiple characters with one account is really irritating. it doens't take that long to login and logout. I think that should be off limits.
Now it's time for a random comment from someone I know: "Complaint board? I didn't know they had an Emo board."
Sadly, I didn't think of that....

The conversation between Zinn and Boomstar shouldn't have started. Zinn shouldn't have responded to Boomstar. If you wanted, you should've sent him a PM.
It's a good way to reduce posts.

I've also a complaint. Bassarov, you should really delete many of the threads in the general board, side quests, and an overall sweep of the other boards. Several of them haven't been updated in months and if people want to they can re-create it.
Also, people should really penalized for posting random posts and the like. We really need to start worrying about the number of posts this site can handle. So instead of just a warning, something else should be done. It's sound harsh, but it doesn't seem like much is being done.

The site has unlimited posts, but when it dies it dies
I do scale back the general area and did erase a lot of posts from join threads
The site seems to be working better for the last month or so, so that is hopeful.
I will erase more posts when time permits

Yeah, I have no problems with it. I don't know what everyone else is complaining about. The board loads just fine on my computer. Oh well....
BTW, the emo thing is just a comment. I'm not arguing with you. It's just something funny that one of my friends said about a complaint board, and I put it in for fun. And Anutsaka, a healthy debate in the Music section about Emo is OK. This is a political board afterall, so we should be able to debate if we like. It's not like we're mortal enemies trying to kill eachother because we have different views about Music. Debating is just fun. I talk to Zinn off the board and we are not enemies.

Okay I've noticed a few things as well. Everybody, including myself, post nonsense on the boards. This site is dying. And quickly. I say delete all the user that are never on and tell them you are doing so. If they are to busy then at least put their character on layaway, or something. If this problem remains you may use my site Cradle of Fear. It isn't even up and running yet. But as soon as this site goes you have mine to fall back on. I can change the name and all and ta da. You will have Red Infinity 2. I'm trying to be nice and help out so please take up on my offer. I'm tired of looking at my boring site anyway. And Lysander, I respect Bassarov. I hold a high level of respect for him. And I'm not sure about others, but I'll help out if you need me to.

I was acctually rethinking the whole Red Infinity 2 idea. I dont think it will work. Honestly. It wont be the same without Bassarov.

I don't think the site is dieing, it might be slower since people have school, but 20 pages a day is still a lot of posting compared to other rpg sites.
I will keep the rpg going as long as I can
