[Lena]

Lena stares up at Elbereth, just stares. She appears to be in complete shock. That.. wasn't possible.. No, it wasn't.. but it was so. And it was all Lena's fault.. If her and Lana would've been there that day, they could've fought! They could've protected the village, their friends, their mother.

She never wanted this, no, not ever. How was she to know that she shouldn't have left the village? It wasn't her fault! but it was.. Lena's mind races, debating on if it was all her fault or not. She then looks down, her lips move, but no sound escapes her lips.

It wasn't possible.. her entire village.. gone?

[Elbereth BlackRose]

It took al of Elbereth's will power to not growl at Peter when he looked at her.

So.. it had to mean he could change somehow. She wouldn't worry about it, he can't do anything if Lena wants to come with her. Elbereth ws sure she'd be able to get Lena to come with her.

"Lena, i know you must think it's you fault, but it's not. You probably would've died too.

I am so thankful you had left when you did, Lena, I don't know how long I could've gone on if you hadn't shown up."

Elbereth says, leaning down and wrapping her arms around Lena's neck to embrace her.

"I know this is hard on you."

[Peter "The Owl"]

Peter doesn't know how to react. He is saddened greatly by the death of so many but he is unable to think of a way to comfort Lena. Comfort would have to wait. He would help as best he could in relieving the guilt she was not doubt feeling when she recovered enough for his words to make sense.

Until then... he had just met her so trying to give her a comforting hug or hold her hand would be more aquward than comforting he was sure. But her aunt was Godless! Even being this close to one made it hard to keep his anger down.

"Lena... there was nothing you could have done."

[Lena]

Lena's sadness and guilt covers up the doubt and distrust she had for her aunt. "How far away is your house from Russia? I want to see Lana as soon as possible.." She says, hardly above a whisper. She didn't want to leave Peter since she said she'd help him, but she wanted to go with her aunt so she could see Lana more.

*That's right sweetie, walk off to your death by the hands of you aunt.* The cold voice whispers. Lena makes no attempt to tell the voice to shut up in her head either, she doesn't care right now. She feels numb, numb to everything except wanting to see her sister and make sure she was alive.

"But there was.. I couldv'e helped some escape.. even if just a few.."

Elbereth smirks, but since her head was facing towards Peter, only he could see it.

She knew she'd be able to get Lena to come with her. She releases Lena.

"We can take a booth and we'll be there in less then 5 minutes. Lana wil be very happy to see you."

She says gently, brushing a strand of Lena's hair behind her ear.

"There's no need for you to feel guilt. I was there, you just would've ended up getting killed or captured."

[Tsubaki]

"Why is that a problem?" I ask smiling. The black lightning cackles and shoots at Andrew.

[Peter "The Owl"]

Peter puts a hand on Lena's shoulder. "Lena... Lena, you need to focus here!" That was it, there was no more time for being sutle anymore, or playing like they were all going to get along.

Peter stands suddenly, pushing Elbereth back, away from Lena. He gives Lena's shoulder a shake. "Lena, your aunt is one of the Godless! They find and kill people who practice religion. The only way should could have known you were on this train is by using the government's systems to track us."

He turns, facing Elbereth, his hand gripping his prayer beads so tight his knuckles are turning white. "You can't trust her!"

[Andrew Kasher]

"Yes. Yes it is," Andrew replies, firing a high-powered jet of water out to meet the lightning. It absorbs the shock, and then heads towards Tsubaki, as an electrified blast.

d**n him. If he wasn't here, this would've gone prefectly. Oh well, this culd turn out to be a small problem..

She looks down at the ground, as is ashamed.

"Yes, Lena, it is true. I have done many unforgivable things, but I felt so lost. It was wrong nonetheless, but after I joined, I couldn't and can't go back.

But Lena.. I love you. I would never hurt you."

She looks up, at Lena, her eyes filled with tears. *Come on.. I can't put up this act forever..* but Lena was easy to bend, being so nice and kind, it was easy to blind her from the truth..

[Tsubaki]

Once again the attacks dissolve once it hit my shield spell. "You really don't get it do?" I asked him laughing. "Now come with me!" I yelled as suddenly a huge cobra appeared wrapping itself around Andrew.

"Irresponsible?! Grrrahhh! I admit I have been a little broken up about you dieing and all that, but I am always very responsible!!!"

I cross my arms and frown. Irresponsible. I try very hard to be on top of things. What is he talking about?

It appears that I am needed again, so I rush to Andrew and slice at the cobra with my sword.

Damascus seems to be acting strangely. Once I get back to my office, I give him a call.
"Damascus, I know I have been busy and am never home very often. IF you want to talk to me, why don't you drop by my office today?"

"So I wonder if this is the place? It better be with all the searching I've done."

I don't like islands and warmth. It gives a false sense of happiness. But here I am so I may as well enjoy it. I walk up to what I think might be the feminist base and knock on the door. I hope that someone is around otherwise the whole trip was a waste of time. It is getting later too. I will have to find someplace to go off alone so they don't learn my secret right away. Not that it is a big deal, I just prefer to keep it a secret for as long as I can.

[Eliza Cady]

Eliza takes Steve's hand and shakes it, noticing his hand feels rough.
I wonder what he does...
Aye... I dinna deserve to but I do.
She smiles at him then turns to Celes' neck.
Looks like you were bitten to me Celes.
A faint beeping sound can be heard from Eliza's laptop. She opens it and sees that someone has set the motionsensors off... again. She punches in her acess code and sees a younge woman knocking on the door. Might as well go out and meet her.
Someone is at the door. I'll be right back...
Eliza hops out of her chair and runs do the door. She answers it with a smile and stands in the door frame.
