((Raz isn't very tall. She's actually about 5' 5''ish. It is a medium height, considering how many people on the RPG are 6' or up. She just has a military posture, which might make her seem taller.))
"Harold Bergstrom?" Raz says, suprised. She hasn't seen him since high school. He always had that intensely uncomfortable crush on her, and his mother... oy vey. He never seemed that serious either, which annoyed her. Raz was a very serious student, and she had very little patience for people that she considered slackers.

Antero smiles. He feels glad that he actually thought of something that Zinn approves of. Driving the long roads through America, handing out information, being...free... All of this appeals to Antero. It liberates him from his dark feelings of loss and remorse. He looks at the floor. "Then Sakari and I...we'll go out and get a van. Nothing fancy, just something we can all pile into and drive across America."

Chaya looks over and sees a man dressed in clothes which to him seem unusual. "Hello sir...." He says in a meek and cautious voice.

Samuel nods. "Or I could do both. I've got more than enough time on my hands, not having a job is finaly good for something." He said, laughing drily. "I always liked reading and writing more than any other subject in school. After that was art. "I took one year of German. Mostly how to day hello and talk about myself. Little bit about German culture too, but most of that was limited by Red Infinity." He shook his head. "I learned three ways to say 'hello' in German. One of them, though, was against the law or something because it had 'god' in it." He paused a for a while, seeming to think for a bit. Finally, he said, "Gross grott." Then smiled. "I've always wanted to say that, but I've never had the context to use it in, never having said hello to a German rebel. "So do you know any other languages?" He asked.

"Man that sounds like fun!" I reply, echoing what Zinn said. "So you guys already have a van lined up and stuff? I like the notion of sleeping out under the stars!"
Which sounds out of character for me, but it's true. I was always very easy to accomidate, and I don't mind sleeping in uncomfortable areas, like the cold hard ground, or in the floor of the apartment.

"My native langauge is Russian, I took English all through school which is the norm. I also studied a little German and French, both of which I have mostly forgotten. Lastly, since I come from Karelia, the Russian state bordering Finland, I am slightly familiar with Finnish." Bassarov states.
"Zero is with a German speaking prisoner right now. Maybe it would be helpful if you joined her and tried to translate. I could try, but I am so rusty that I would do very little good." Bassarov suggests.

Sakari stands behind Antero, and peeks his head over his shoulder.
"Yes, everything's already taken care of. I just need to get in touch with someone who owes me a favor, and we can get ourselves a van. Oh, and we won't need to worry about money either." I reply proudly.

-Well, that was faster than I thought it would be. Time does seem to past quicker when I'm flying.- He said, landing near the Ministry of Peace building. He waited for her to get off, but didn't change to human form. -Is there anything else I need to do, or am I off for now?- He asked her.

He comes from a more old fashioned, Ashkenazik family, hence the clothes. Ashkenazik Jews are Jews of Eastern European descent. I myself am Ashkenazik, but my family is a contemporary Zionist family, so I learned and speak Hebrew instead of Yiddish. Also, I wear less traditional clothing, and I eat, sleep, and breath Israeli culture, instead of the old culture. That isn't to say I don't respect the old culture of course. I am proficient in Yiddish, and I read the old-style scholars like Maimonides. I just don't live the old fashioned way. it is part of my Zionist belief system. I prefer Israeli culture, and it makes me feel more Jewish. One could argue that conversational Hebrew and Israeli cuture are older of course. I suppose they are older and newer at the same time. Everyone has their own preference though, Raz explains to Chaya telepathically. She does not bother with the traditional password, 'amcha', because she already knows Harold Bergstrom.
((Oh yeah, you might be a little suprised that Chaya is a boy, since Chaya is a girl's name.))

(for the record, it's not Harold with the crush, but his mother. Also, Harold already asked Simona "Isn't Chaya a girl's name?")
Harold quirked a brow, looking at Chaya. Yep. Defanitely a boy... maybe his parents were hippies.
"Linda? Oh! Linda, what are you doing here? I didn't know you were with the Hagana!" he said, shocked to see her.

Zinn has never really been to the country before, except for her attempted walk through the woods during the initial stages of her nervous breakdown a few months ago. She has never really seen stars, except for a field trip her school went on when she was a very small child. She remembers that they were very pretty. The city usually blots most of them out. She is also quite used to uncomfortable sleeping situations, after living in Red Infinity prison and London during her life.
"We should get on the flyers and informational brochures! I don't really know that much about computer graphic design though."

Chaya nods his head. So this man represents a life style variant in your religion. He dresses and does things in a way that is older than the way that you dress and do things. Do things mean that he believes things that are different from what you believe? When I see people who dress like him, does that mean that they think the way he thinks about your religion? Or does it just mean that they have chosen to dress this way but can believe any number of things within your faith?
