um...thsi healing based on posts, is a little too complicated. Its not needed. But, if you want...its not like d&d, players make the choices, there are few rules

Freezing the Lifeblood: Kaonashi's magic causes the blood of his foes to grow cold, causing any combination of sluggish movements, intense pain, and a coma-like hibernal state, depending on the strength of the target.

Blood Shield: Kaonashi creates a barrier around himself. The power of the barrier depends on the amount of blood used.

Tomb of the Earth: Kaonashi summons forth a prison of earth, attempting to encircle his target. The prison is heavily tainted with evil, and people who are imprisoned inside of it (who are not demonic, oni, maho practitioners, etc.) are completely imobilized, unable to take any physical actions all the while suffering intense pain that can prove fatal if protracted.

You are my Servant, I am your Master: When Kaonashi no Oni finds a willing recipient of his powers, he can pass the art of Maho unto them. However, this acceptance doesn't come without a price. Those who accept the path of Maho slowly become twisted and evil, slaves to the power they once sought to tame. Furthermore, they are linked to Kaonashi, a bond he will later learn to take full advantage of...

If other Maho Tsukai learn how to pass the power on, the people who gain power from other Maho Tsukai are still linked to Kaonashi, as well as to their "creator", and anyone else the creator is linked to. The lower you are on the scale, the more people you have potentially influencing you.

Storm of Blood: Kaonashi summons forth a storm of Lightning fueled by his blood. He can direct the path of the bolts to strike whoever he desires. The amount and strength of the bolts is determined by how much blood he uses.

Telepathy: Kaonashi can telepathically communicate with anyone he can see or knows. This takes minimal blood to do. Use of more blood can allow penetration of mental barriers in some cases.

All right, Bassarov has approved this, so I am implementing it now. NONE of your characters know what the taint is and what its effects are as I am the only bloodspeaker (well, Oak is too now and more will be on the way) so they wouldn't know what would be happening. However, I believe it is vital that I share this knowledge with all of you, so that you know whether to get mixed up in maho and what exactly it will do to you. Please don't metagame with this knowledge, your character DOESN'T know what happens with the taint.

Cloud of Taint: Kaonashi releases a cloud of taint. Anyone who inhales or comes in contact with the cloud suddenly finds pure taint coursing through their bloodstream. This is intensely painful, though not fatal. The Cloud of Taint carries the power of Maho within it, and through the haze of pain, the target can hear the words "Join me, embrace my power" repeated over and over again. Should the character accept, the pain immediately stops and they gain the Maho Tsukai power, as if they had gained it through "You are My Servant, I am Your Master". Those who refuse continue to writhe in pain until the taint is finally used up.

The Blade: Kaonashi forms minute amounts of blood into large blades shaped as he chooses, which he can launch or wield as he desires. The more blood that is used, the more powerful they become.

By Ties of Blood You Are My Slave: Depending on the level of taint a maho practitioner has accrued, Kaonashi no Oni can take control of them in some way or another. This can mean anything from seeing through their eyes to hearing their thoughts to channeling his powers through them to possessing them utterly.

Energy Drain: If Kaonashi has inflicted a wound upon another that is physically bleeding, instead of using their blood to power his maho he can begin to siphon it off to increase his strength.

Maho-Tsukai: All powers require blood in order to work. The amount of blood used determines the potency of the spell. The blood doesn't necesarily have to be Kaonashi's, any blood will suffice. Drawing blood is so natural to the casting of the spell, it takes almost no time at all.

Blood Portal: Kaitalish creates a portal that begins and ends wherever he specifies and allows instantaneous travel. The amount of blood required is contingent upon the distance the portal spans.

Weaknesses:

Jade and Crystal: Both of these substances are pure and are anathema to the taint.

Appearance: Kaitalish is a massive bird composed of dark flame.

Personality: Enigmatic and cruel, Kaitalish's motives are rarely known, but the affects of his actions are always felt.

Story: Kaitalish is said to be the greatest bloodspeaker ever. None know where he came from, though his power is undeniable.
